On July 22, 2025, Paul Sweeney on behalf of Respondent Hacienda Builders, LLC (“Respondent”) requested a “subpoena” for Investigator Daniel Otero to appear at this hearing scheduled on July 30, 2025 at 9:00am. However, Respondent did not submit completed subpoena forms; the process for subpoenas may be found on the OAH website at azoah.com/subpoena.html. The Office of Administrative Hearings does not prepare and/or serve subpoenas.

In addition, the matter before the Tribunal is regarding the Recovery Fund and not workmanship. An explanation or brief statement would be required to show the relevancy of such a request per Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-113.
