On July 30, 2025, at the time of the hearing, Paul Sweeney on behalf of

Respondent Hacienda Builders LLC, expressed that he had a collateral issue and would

deal with that in another venue. Mr. Sweeney further withdrew his appeal to the action

giving rise to this hearing. Pursuant to ARIZ. ADMIN. CODE R2-19-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary. IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
