On July 31, 2024, the Respondent submitted a Request for Dismissal of Citation and Complaint (Motion) because Respondent had made the final payment of retention in the amount of $8,492.57 on June 17, 2024. Respondent also noted that Complainant accepted the payment and signed a conditional waiver indicating there were no disputed claims remaining. Complainant did not file a response to the Motion.

Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
