RESPONDENT.

The hearing of this matter convened on August 26, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. Timothy Marrs, President and owner, appeared on behalf of Complainant Marrs Construction, Inc., with General Manager, Robert Smith. Jacob Erekson, Director of Construction, appeared on behalf of Respondent Vollkommen Arizona, LLC. During a recess, the parties discussed the matter in dispute, and following that discussion, Mr. Smith, on behalf of Complainant, informed the Tribunal that Complainant wished to withdraw the Complaint filed in this matter against Respondent. As a result of Complainant’s withdrawal of the Complaint, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for any further action.
