HEARING

The hearing of the above-captioned consolidated matters was scheduled to convene on August 13, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Lee Farris appeared on behalf of Complainant Quick Maintenance Solutions, LLC, doing business as Quick Flooring Solutions. Respondent Breise Construction, LLC did not appear. However, Mr. Farris informed the Tribunal that just prior to the hearing, the parties reached a global settlement of all four complaints and requested that the hearing be vacated.

Based upon the parties’ resolution, and sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
