KCI Doors and Hardware, LLC was acquired by Foundation Building Materials, LLC on October 2, 2023.

I, Kristina Kurce, was the owner of KCI Doors and Hardware, LLC.

Linda Burris sent an email on 12/27/23 attaching an updated AZ5000 form. I informed her at that time, KCI had been acquired and requested she change the name on the form. (See attached).

All orders were placed by email. The original emails are in the ROC complaint-but are attached for easy reference.

Feel free to call me if you have any questions.

Thank you.

Hello,

Per our conversation, please provide us with the following information as it is hard to determine what the agreement was and which companies it involved. Page 6 of the complaint is a sales order that mentions KCI Doors and Hardware LLC. Is that DBA for FBM? What's FBM's full business name? Can you provide us more info about the agreement? Was there a written contract or agreement or was the order placed through email? When was the agreement made? What were the terms (i.e. when and how were you supposed to be paid by the respondent Desert Sand Electric?)? Was there a credit application?

Thank you,
