The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on January 28, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Assistant Attorney General Charles Hover III represented the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”). Meridith Bell appeared as a witness for the Registrar. Rebecca Juarez (“Complainant”) appeared on her own behalf. Max Beall, Esq. represented Five Star Remodeling & Demo, LLC (“Respondent”). Complainant agreed with the terms of the stipulation.
Based on the stipulation,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action consistent with the terms of the stipulation.
