ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE
At the time set for hearing, the parties agreed to attempt resolution of the above-entitled matter. Therefore, this matter is set for a Status Update on July 11, 2025. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:
(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;
(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or
(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the record be closed.
Respondent may submit phone records by July 11, 2025. If Respondent does so, Complainant must notify the Tribunal if he wants to respond to the phone records in writing by July 14, 2025, and state how much time he needs.
