A hearing in the above-entitled matter convened at 1:00 p.m. on August 23, 2024. Representatives for both parties appeared at hearing. After approximately 10 minutes, the parties requested that the matter be set for a status update to allow Respondent to abide by the terms of a payment plan. Good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on December 16, 2024. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Notify the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Notify the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 15-days or 30-days; or

(3) Notify the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
