On April 24, 2025, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that “following the settlement reached by the parties on September 23, 2024, the terms of the resolution have been completed such that this matter has been satisfactorily resolved and may be vacated.”

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
