On October 30, 2024, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Status Report and Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that the matter set for hearing has been resolved, and requested that the hearing be vacated.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
