At the time of the July 30, 2024 hearing, the parties came to a verbal agreement with regard to a resolution for this matter, which would result in Respondent making specified payments and making a final payment of remaining unpaid amount by the end of October. In the event the matter is not so resolved, Complainant remains entitled to a hearing with regard to its Complaint. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED, good cause appearing, this matter is continued for a status update no later than November 4, 2024 whether the matter is resolved or should be reset for hearing.
