The undersigned Administrative Law Judge, having reviewed the document Motion in Limine filed June 13, 2025, by Complainant makes the following minute entry:

Complainant’s motion is granted in part, and denied in part. All parties shall be permitted to enter evidence regarding the related construction contract executed between the parties as identified in the Arizona Registrar of Contractor’s Final Administrative Decision and Order issued September 17, 2024, effective October 27, 2024. None of the parties shall be permitted to introduce character-related evidence, as such is immaterial and thusly irrelevant. Parties may, however, introduce evidence of specific acts and causation stemming therefrom, where relevant.
