On April 3, 2026, the Tribunal transmitted an Administrative Law Judge Decision in the above captioned matter to the parties and to the Registrar.

On April 17, 2026, Respondent requested clarification of the Administrative Law Judge Decision due to an incorrect license number contained within the Recommended Order portion of the Administrative Law Judge Decision. The incorrect license number stated therein is attached to a different licensed contractor which is not associated with Respondent. The incorrect license number stated therein was a scrivener’s error. Based on the Respondent’s request for clarification,

IT IS ORDERED the first paragraph of the Recommended Order portion of the Administrative Law Judge Decision in the above captioned matter should read as follows:

RECOMMENDED ORDER

Based on the foregoing,

It is recommended that Respondent’s ROC License 281594 be suspended for four (4) business days beginning on the effective day of the Registrar’s final Order in this matter.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the clarification is effective retroactively to the April 2, 2026, issuance date of the Administrative Law Judge Decision.
