ORDER VACATING HEARING

Subsequent to the administrative hearing conducted on September 18, 2024, Complainant has now advised the Tribunal that the parties have mutually resolved the matter:

On September 28, 2024 Mr. Carroll (Hardrives, LLC), brought his crew to my home and compacted and fog sealed my driveway. Whereas there are a few areas that will need to be addressed in the near future, Mr. Carroll acknowledged I have a new two year warranty with Hardrives, LLC. He agreed that we will review my driveway and schedule any necessary repairs in March 2025. Considering the agreement Mr. Carroll and I currently have and his efforts to correct the issues, I wish to drop my complaint in the above case at this time.

Based on the foregoing,

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated and the matter is remanded to the Registrar for any further action consistent with the parties agreement as stated herein.
