On August 7, 2024, a hearing was held in the above-entitled matter. A core issue to this matter is whether money is actually due to the City of Goodyear for permits. During the hearing, Respondent received a communication from the City, stating that it would not be collecting the permit fee at issue in this matter.

IT IS ORDERED the record in this matter is to be held open until August 21, 2024, for the sole purpose of allowing the parties to submit information from the City that demonstrates whether or not the payment at issue is due. No documents will be accepted after August 21, 2024 without a showing of good cause by August 19, 2024.

IT IS ORDERED the parties will have two days after the due date to file a written statement regarding the document(s) submitted. The statement may be informal; it must be fewer than 2 pages, excluding caption and transmission; it must be double spaced and use 12 point font.
