On July 16, 2024, Cal-Pro Roofing, LLC (“Respondent”) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Respondent withdrew the appeal and request for hearing in this matter. On July 17, 2024, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a response to Respondent’s Motion to Vacate indicating that it does not object to the Motion.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for any further action.
