At the time of the administrative hearing, the parties agreed that the matter was resolved in that Respondent had transferred monies by Zelle to Complainant and Complainant had confirmed receipt of the monies. Complainant requested to vacate the hearing based on the matter now being resolved.

Based on the foregoing, the Administrative Law Judge, makes the following minute entry:

For good cause appearing, this matter is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded because the parties have resolved the matter.
