ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing in this matter was scheduled to convene on May 7, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Jeffrey Brei, Esq. represented Complainant Donna M. St. Pierre Tozer, who was present. Kevin Estevez, Esq. represented AZ Sun Services, LLC (“Respondent”). Jason Vergeyle was present on behalf of Respondent. Arizona Registrar of Contractors Investigator Gregory Johndrow was present.

The parties participated in a lengthy prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties advised the Tribunal that they had entered into a settlement agreement, however, needed additional time in which to execute the terms of their agreement. The parties requested that the matter be set for a status date. The request was granted.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on May 23, 2025. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
