Pursuant to the parties’ verbal agreement at the time of the noticed hearing on

May 19, 2025, this matter was held open for the parties to resolve the matter.

On June 17, 2025, the Tribunal issued an ORDER for Complainant to advise the

Tribunal no later than August 15, 2025 with a status report regarding whether the matter

is resolved, should be reopened for additional evidence, or should proceed to a hearing

decision based on the evidence taken on May 19, 2025.

On August 21, 2025, Respondent advised the Tribunal by email, which email was

copied to Complainant, as follows:

We have paid the client in full. Please let [me] know if you need any additional information. The Tribunal reached out to Complainant, via email, on August 21, 2025 and August 26, 2025 for confirmation. Not hearing from Complainant, the Tribunal accepts Respondent’s notification that the matter is fully resolved. Based on the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED the hearing in this matter is vacated based on the parties’ informal resolution of the matter and the matter is remanded to the Registrar for any further action. ORDERED this day, September 1, 2025.
