At the request of Respondent and good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued to September 9, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.

Complainant has requested to appear in person for this hearing. Such request is granted, however, Complainant is advised that the assigned Registrar of Contractors investigator will be appearing virtually and Respondent may appear virtually. Further, all witnesses will be appearing virtually and anyone appearing virtually will only be able to see the Administrative Law Judge and anyone else appearing virtually, not anyone in the hearing room. If all participants appear virtually, they will all be able to see each other and the Administrative Law Judge. Further, all exhibits must be filed electronically prior to the hearing and the Administrative Law Judge can share her screen so that all can view the exhibits. In light of this information, if Complainant chooses to appear virtually, please notify the Tribunal of such decision prior to the hearing date.
