The licensee did not, in writing within 10 days of receiving the decision, accept the Administrative Law Judge Decision. Therefore, the Administrative Law Judge Decision is not the final Decision in this matter.

The document, consisting of a motion for review of the Administrative Law Judge Decision, will not be considered as it was either inappropriately sent to the Office of Administrative Hearings or no further action can be taken at the Office of Administration on the matter. The document will be forwarded to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for review and retained in the file at the Office of Administrative Hearings; it should not be responded to by any party.
