AND SETTING STATUS DATE
The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on February 19, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Ray Jones (“Complainant”) appeared with his wife, Terrann Jones. Suzette Doody, Esq. represented Hendershot Construction & Restoration, LLC, formerly known as Hendershot Construction, LLC (“Respondent”). Trevor Hendershot appeared on behalf of Respondent. Arizona Registrar of Contractors Investigator Gregory Kinsfather appeared as a witness.
The parties participated in a lengthy prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties informed the Tribunal that they had reached a resolution of the matter in dispute, however, needed additional time in which to execute the terms of their agreement.
Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on May 29, 2026. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:
Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;
Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or
Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
