ADVISEMENT TO PARTIES

The Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”), received a communication on August 14, 2025, by Respondent and makes the following minute entry:

Respondent provided notice of their intent to appear in-person for the hearing on August 25, 2025 at 9:00am. The ALJ acknowledges the Respondent’s intention to appear in-person.

Per the Office of Administrative Hearings procedures, all exhibits must be submitted electronically. In addition, please refer to the Registrar of Contractors Notice of Hearing Packet and the Prehearing Disclosure Statement Instruction section.

In addition, the Complainant and Registrar of Contractors representatives will more than likely continue to appear virtually per the Order issued on June 27, 2025. If the Complainant so chooses to appear in-person, as well, that will be acknowledged in advance.
