The document, consisting of an email and several attachments, will not be considered as it was either inappropriately sent to the Office of Administrative Hearings or no further action can be taken on the matter. Although the document will be retained in the file, it should not be responded to by any party.

It should be noted that Respondent failed to appear for both scheduled hearing dates. A Decision has already been issued to the Registrar of Contractors, and therefore, the Office of Administrative Hearings no longer has jurisdiction over the matter. Any further correspondence must be filed directly with the Registrar of Contractors.
