HEARING
On April 23, 2025, the Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that it had reached a settlement agreement with Respondent that resolved a number of outstanding complaints against Respondent, including these matters. As a result, the status update currently scheduled for May 5, 2025, is not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in these matters is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding these matters to the Registrar for further action.
