AND SETTING STATUS DATE
The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on January 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Complainant Michael Kaminski appeared on his own behalf with his wife, Jill Kaminski. Michael Denious, Esq. represented Respondent San Tan Construction, LLC, doing business as San Tan Realty. Doug Adcox appeared as a representative of Respondent. Arizona Registrar of Contractors Investigator Patricia Schuette appeared as a witness.
The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties requested a further continuance of the hearing in order to provide an additional opportunity to resolve the remining matters in dispute. The request was granted.
Good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on March 9, 2026. On or before this date, Complainant is advised to do one of the following:
Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;
Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or
Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
