AND SETTING HEARING VIA GOOGLE MEET
The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on October 1, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Complainant Leonard Buckmaster appeared on his own behalf. Elicio Aguilar appeared on behalf of Respondent A & G Builders, LLC, with his son, Elicio Aguilar. Registrar of Contractors Investigator Ruben Perez appeared as a witness.
The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. The parties were unable to resolve their differences. However, it was apparent that Mr. Aguilar required the assistance of a Spanish interpreter. A request for such service was not made prior to the hearing. In order to provide translation services for Mr. Aguilar, the hearing was continued.
The parties are advised that the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued to October 21, 2024, at 9:00 a.m.
