AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on July 2, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and at the time set for hearing, Complainant Todd Clark appeared on his own behalf. Isai Garcia appeared on behalf of Respondent Bless Tierra Construction, LLC. The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following the discussion, the parties advised the Tribunal that they had reached a resolution of the issues in dispute, however, needed additional time in which to execute the terms of their agreement.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on July 12, 2024. On or before this date, Complainant is advised to do one of the following through the Office of Administrative Hearings’ website, azoah.com (on the top left side of the home page is a link entitled “Motions/File Documents”):

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
