AND GRANTING CONSOLIDATION

A telephonic Prehearing Conference was held on May 28, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. Tracy Essig, Esq. represented Complainant Johnny Olariu. Greg Cahill, Esq. represented Respondent Desert View Contractors, LLC.

The parties agreed during the Prehearing Conference to consolidate Docket Number 2023A-12390-CHC-ROC with Docket Number 2024A-01175-CHC-ROC given that the same parties and issues are involved in both matters. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED CONSOLIDATING Docket Numbers 2023A-12390-CHC-ROC and 2024A-01175-CHC-ROC.

The parties further agreed to continue the hearings in the matters and further agreed to provide the Tribunal with mutual dates of availability in the months of June, July, and August, no later than May 31, 2024. The parties have not done so, and therefore,

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued to August 29, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. The parties requested to appear in person, and that request has been granted. However, it was agreed that witnesses would appear virtually. Video conferencing or telephone participation for witnesses will be through Google Meet as follows:
