The Administrative Law Judge issues this Order Nunc Pro Tunc to correct the errors in the Administrative Law Decision dated June 17, 2024 as follows:

At page 1, line 6, replace “166025” with “166025 and License No. ROC 201430”

At page 5, line 15 1/2, replace “166025” with “166025 and License No. ROC 201430”

At page 5, line 13, add the following:

“8. The preponderance of the evidence shows that Respondent abandoned the pool construction project, which is a violation of Ariz. Rev. Stat. section 32-1154(A)(1).”
