At the time of the hearing, Complainant notified the tribunal that Respondent was currently performing construction at his home. Complainant and Respondent agreed to have the matter set for a status update to afford the parties additional time to resolve the matter. Good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued; but no hearing date is set.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on or before August 2, 2024, the parties must notify the tribunal of one of the following:

(1) Notify the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Notify the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Notify the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
