Respondent’s February 18, 2025, Renewed Motion to Continue Hearing is denied, no good cause appearing. Respondent is correct that Complainant failed to copy counsel on the objection she filed February 04, 2025. A copy has been attached as a curtesy. Also attached is Complainant’s objection to the motion at issue.

Respondent is incorrect, however, regarding its interpretation of Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 41-1092.07(B). That law does not guarantee a litigant their choice of attorney, nor does it compel this Tribunal to grant a continuance request by conflicted counsel.

As such,

IT IS ORDERED that the matter remains scheduled for hearing at 9:00 a.m. on February 27, 2025.
