ORDER GRANTING CONTINUANCE

A hearing in the above-entitled matter convened at approximately 9:00 a.m. on October 11, 2024. After approximately an hour and a half, the parties agreed to discuss their matter off of the record. The parties subsequently notified the Administrative Law Judge that they reached an agreement. The parties requested that the matter be set for a status update to allow the parties additional time to carry out the terms of the agreement. Good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update no later than December 10, 2024. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Notify the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Notify the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 15-days or 30-days; or

(3) Notify the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
