On February 19, 2025, the Administrative Law Judge ordered the parties to provide a status update to the tribunal by March 21, 2025. Having received no status update from the parties,

IT IS ORDERED that the above-entitled matter is set for a STATUS UPDATE ONLY. On or before May 1, 2025, the parties shall notify the Office of Administrative Hearings of one of the following:

(1) Notify the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Notify the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Notify the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
