The document, consisting of an email from Respondent purporting to accept the Administrative Law Judge Decision issued on August 26, 2024, will not be considered as, pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1092.08(I), Respondent had until September 10, 2024, to notify the Office of Administrative Hearings of its acceptance. Because the email was not received until September 18, 2024, the Office of Administrative Hearings can take no further action on the matter. Although the document will be retained in the file, it should not be responded to by any party.
