On May 20, 2024, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) filed a Notice of Resolution & Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for June 12, 2024, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
