COMPLAINANT, ORDER VACATING HEARING v.

Paratrooper Plumbing, LLC License No. ROC 335618,

RESPONDENT.

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on February 18, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Complainant Ted Miller appeared on his own behalf, with his wife, CJ Miller. Assistant Attorney General Charles Hover III represented the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”). Gail Mathews appeared as a witness for the Registrar. Respondent Paratrooper Plumbing, LLC did not appear. The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, Mr. Miller advised the Tribunal that he wished to proceed to hearing. The hearing convened and the Registrar waived opening statement. Mr. Miller made an opening statement. Following his opening statement, and some on the record discussion, Mr. Miller withdrew the request for hearing. Based upon the withdrawal of the request for hearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for any further action. Done this day, February 19, 2025.
