MINUTE ENTRY - GRANTING CONTINUANCE
AND SETTING STATUS DATE
The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on March 20, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Dave King appeared on behalf of Sundance Industries LLC, doing business as Sundance Insulation & Drywall (“Complainant”). Rob Miller and Tony Miller appeared as witnesses for Complainant. Lawrence Felder, Esq. represented Peaches Construction & Fire Restoration, LLC (“Respondent”). Paul Martos and Heidi Rawlings appeared on behalf of Respondent.
The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. Following that discussion, the parties advised the Tribunal that they had reached a resolution of the matter in dispute, however, needed additional time in which to execute the terms of the agreement.
Good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on April 19, 2024. On or before this date, Complainant is advised to do one of the following:
Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;
Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or
Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
