On October 04 2024, an administrative hearing was held in the above-captioned matter whereby investigator for the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”), Miles Crosby (“Investigator Crosby”), testified. To date, these documents have not been received by the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”).

Because the parties were unable to conclude the presentation of their evidence on October 04, 2024, the matter was continued for Further Hearing on December 13, 2024. At that time the parties agreed to hold the record open until Friday, December 20, 2024, for the receipt of the documentation listed above, as well as an email between the parties dated January 25, 2024, regarding a building permit. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing record in the above-captioned matter be held open until Friday, December 20, 2024, for the receipt of the above-referenced documentation.
