RESPONDENT.

No. 2023A-13342-CHC-ROC

MINUTE ENTRY REJECTING MOTION FOR CLARIFICATION AND MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

On May 20, 2024, the Registrar of Contractors sent a Notice of Hearing to Respondent by USPS First Class mail and to Respondent’s email address of record. The Notice of Hearing stated that a hearing was set for June 20, 2024 at 9:00 AM, and it stated “you must be prepared to present evidence, including witness testimony and documents, in support of your case.” The hearing was at the designated time. Respondent received notice and was present at the hearing. Respondent was provided a fair opportunity to put forward evidence and arguments.

On July 12, 2024, this Tribunal issued its ADMINISTRATIVE LAW JUDGE DECISION, and at that time, a copy of the Decision was sent to Respondent’s email address of record. The Registrar of Contractors accepted the Decision, making it the final agency action on August 7, 2024.

On August 15, 2024, Respondent filed a Motion for Clarification; Motion for Reconsideration, dated July 17, 2024. This Tribunal issued a Minute Entry rejecting the document because the Office of Administrative Hearings can take no further action on this matter.

On August 20, 2024, Respondent filed a Motion for Clarification; Motion for Reconsideration, dated August 20, 2024. As previously stated, this Tribunal can take no further action on this matter.

Accordingly, the Motion for Clarification; Motion for Reconsideration, dated August 20, 2024, is rejected. Although the document will be retained in the file, it should not be responded to by any party.

Done this day, August 21, 2024.
