THE HEARING RECORD

On or about July 23, 2024, the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) received the Final Administrative Decision and Order (Decision) in this matter from the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar). In the Decision, the Registrar rejected the Administrative Law Judge’s written decision because the “Registrar discovered that a technical error occurred and the hearing was not recorded.”

Upon investigation, the Administrative Law Judge determined that the recording of the hearing was not properly uploaded by OAH staff to the case management system. The recording has now been uploaded and is available for the Registrar’s review.

Because the recording was made and is now available,

IT IS ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for reconsideration of its Decision.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED the hearing in 2023A-13013-CHC-ROC-RHG is vacated from the OAH calendar.
