On January 4, 2024, Complainant Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that Respondent Master Companies, LLC has withdrawn the license application, the denial of which was the subject of the scheduled hearing.

Due to the withdrawal of the license application,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for any further action.
