On February 20, 2024, Respondent filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Respondent advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter as evidenced by the attached Stipulation to Vacate Hearing and the hearing currently scheduled for March 18, 2024, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
