MINUTE ENTRY - GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on March 1, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing Stephen King appeared on behalf of Complainant Mesa Fully Formed, LLC. Michael McCurdy appeared on behalf of Respondent McCurdy Construction, LLC. Prior to the commencement of the hearing, Mr. King informed the Tribunal that the parties had resolved the matter in dispute by agreeing on a payment plan. Mr. King requested that the matter be set for a status date in order to ensure compliance with the terms of the parties’ agreement.

Good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on July 8, 2024. On or before this date, Complainant is advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
