COMPLAINANT, ORDER VACATING HEARING v.

McCurdy Construction, LLC License No. ROC 322920,

RESPONDENT.

The continued hearing in the above-captioned matter was held on August 15, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. Stephen King appeared on behalf of Complainant Mesa Fully Formed, LLC. Respondent McCurdy Construction, LLC did not appear notwithstanding proper notice. The hearing proceeded after a grace period was provided for Respondent’s appearance. Mr. King provided his sworn testimony and the hearing concluded. On August 26, 2025, prior to the issuance of an Administrative Law Judge Decision, Mr. King filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Mr. King advised that the parties had resolved the matter in dispute and requested to withdraw the Complaint filed in this matter. Based upon Complainant’s withdrawal of the filed Complaint, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of contractors for further action.
