The document, consisting of a Motion to Reset, will not be considered as no further action can be taken on the matter. Although the document will be retained in the file, it should not be responded to by any party.

Rather than requesting a Statute Update setting, on May 20, 2024, Plaintiff filed a Notice of Settlement, indicating:

Notice is hereby given that the parties have reached a settlement in this case. We request Hearing set for Monday, May 21st at 9am be vacated.

As such, the matter was vacated and remanded back to the referring agency and OAH can take no further action. All communication must be sent to the referring agency.
