Complainant has requested that the hearing be vacated because the parties are in the process of finalizing a settlement agreement. The parties will file a stipulation for dismissal after the agreement is finalized. Good cause appearing,

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing is continued, but no hearing date is set;

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that on or before July 15, 2024,

(1) Notify the tribunal that the settlement agreement has been finalized and matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate and Remand The Matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors

Or

(2) Notify the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days;

All other pending motions are denied.
