On June 24, 2024, the above-entitled matter was set for a status update to give the parties additional time to finalize a settlement agreement. The tribunal has not received a status update from the parties. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on July 30, 2024. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Notify the tribunal that the settlement agreement has been finalized by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Notify the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
