On November 6, 2023, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) submitted a Motion to Vacate Administrative Hearing because Respondent had withdrawn its application, the denial of which gave rise to this hearing.

Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
